‘DonderNacht‘ at TivoliVredenburg
Our first hosting of ‘DonderNacht‘ in TivoliVredenburg is in the books. Very honoured to have welcomed the artists we had in one of the Netherlands’ best venues. DonderNacht is TivoliVredenburg’s way of making sure Tilburg’s vibrant student life has a home on Thursday night. And how they showed up in droves and got down...
Our line-up consisted of S!rene, who you might remember from our New Balance M991v2 editorial a few weeks ago. He liked us, we liked him so it was a no-brainer to ask him to headline the event. And right on time, because he’s starting his own tour in Australia on the 12th of April. Good luck over there mate!
We always try and give a stage to the rising stars: Lashanti is one of up-and-comers in her niche, UK electronic mixed with afro beats. A refreshing set of tunes right up our alley. And the crowd that night thankfully.
Rounding off is of course our own Calico Club / Soundsystem. Consisting of a few different members, Iris Rooth, SIENEAUX and MC JR nearly brought the house down, but thankfully didn’t because we’re back on the 16th of May with a lineup that has yet to be disclosed.
