Article 1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1. Supplementary Agreement: an agreement under which the Consumer obtains products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract, and such products, digital content and/or services are supplied by the Entrepreneur or by a third party pursuant to an arrangement between that third party and the Entrepreneur;
2. Cooling-off Period: the period within which the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal;
3. Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity;
4. Day: a calendar day;
5. Digital Content: data that is produced and supplied in digital form;
6. Digital Service: a service that enables the Consumer to create, process, store or access data in digital form, or a service that enables the exchange of or interaction with digital data uploaded or generated by the Consumer or other users of the service;
7. Durable Medium: any means, including email, that enables the Consumer or the Entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future reference for an adequate period of time, and which allows the unchanged reproduction of the stored information;
8. Right of Withdrawal: the Consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period without providing any reason;
9. Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who, in distance contracts, offers products, digital content and/or services to Consumers;
10. Distance Contract: a contract concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer within the framework of an organised distance-selling system for products, digital content and/or services, whereby up to and including the moment of conclusion of the contract exclusive or joint use is made of one or more means of distance communication;
11. Model Withdrawal Form: the European model withdrawal form included as an annex to these terms and conditions;
12. Means of Distance Communication: any means that can be used for concluding a contract without the Consumer and the Entrepreneur being simultaneously present in the same place (such as a website, telephone, or email).

Article 3 Applicability
1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer by the Entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.
2. Before a distance contract is concluded, the Entrepreneur shall make these General Terms and Conditions available to the Consumer free of charge. If this is not reasonably possible, the Entrepreneur shall indicate where the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request before the contract is concluded.
3. If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the Entrepreneur shall provide the General Terms and Conditions to the Consumer in a way that allows them to be easily stored on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, the Entrepreneur shall specify where the Terms and Conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be provided free of charge upon request, electronically or otherwise.
4. If additional product- or service-specific conditions apply, these shall be provided to the Consumer in the same manner. In case of any conflict between those conditions and these General Terms and Conditions, the Consumer may rely on the provision that is most favorable to them.
Article 4 The Offer
1. If an offer is limited in duration or subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
2. The offer includes a clear and accurate description of the products, digital content, and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the Consumer to make a proper assessment. If the Entrepreneur uses images, they represent the products and/or services truthfully. Obvious mistakes or typographical errors do not bind the Entrepreneur.
3. Every offer contains information that makes it clear to the Consumer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer, including pricing, payment terms, return rights, and delivery conditions where applicable.
Article 5 The Contract
1. The contract is concluded when the Consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
2. If the Consumer accepts the offer electronically, the Entrepreneur shall confirm receipt of the acceptance without delay. Until this confirmation has been issued, the Consumer may cancel the agreement.
3. When the contract is concluded electronically, the Entrepreneur shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic data transfer and ensure a safe online environment. If electronic payment is offered, the Entrepreneur shall use suitable security systems.
4. The Entrepreneur may, within legal limits, obtain information necessary to assess whether the Consumer can meet payment obligations and to responsibly enter into the contract. If the Entrepreneur has valid reasons based on this information, the Entrepreneur may refuse an order or apply special conditions to its execution, provided reasons are communicated to the Consumer.
5. Before or upon delivery of the product, service or digital content, the Entrepreneur shall provide the Consumer, in writing or in a durable format, with:

Article 6 Right of withdrawal
1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement for a product within a reflection period of 14 days without giving any reason. The Entrepreneur may ask for the reason for withdrawal, but the Consumer is not obliged to provide one.
2. The reflection period begins on the day the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer who is not the carrier, receives the product. If several products in one order are delivered separately, the reflection period begins upon receipt of the final product.
3. If the Entrepreneur has not provided the Consumer with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal or the standard withdrawal form, the reflection period expires 12 months after the original reflection period. If the Entrepreneur provides the required information within this extended period, the reflection period ends 14 days after the Consumer receives that information.
Article 7 Consumer’s obligations during the reflection period
1. During the reflection period, the Consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with care. The Consumer may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
2. The Consumer is liable for any reduction in value of the product resulting from handling the product beyond what is permitted.
3. The Consumer is not liable for any reduction in value of the product if the Entrepreneur did not provide legally required information regarding the right of withdrawal prior to the conclusion of the contract.
Article 8 Exercising the right of withdrawal and return costs
1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Entrepreneur clearly and within the reflection period, using the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement.
2. After withdrawal, the Consumer must return the product to the Entrepreneur as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 14 days after notification, unless the Entrepreneur has offered to collect it.
3. The Consumer must return the product with all supplied accessories, and if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
4. The Consumer bears the risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.
5. The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise stated.
6. If the Consumer withdraws after expressly requesting that performance of a service begin during the reflection period, they shall pay for the portion already performed.
7. The Consumer does not bear the cost of services or digital content if the Entrepreneur failed to provide mandatory information or did not obtain consent for early performance.
8. Exercising the right of withdrawal automatically terminates any supplementary contracts.
Article 9 Entrepreneur’s obligations in case of withdrawal
1. If the Entrepreneur enables electronic submission of withdrawal, they shall confirm receipt without delay.
2. The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including standard delivery costs, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal. The Entrepreneur may withhold reimbursement until the product has been received or proof of return is provided.
3. The refund shall use the same payment method used by the Consumer unless otherwise agreed and shall be free of charge.
4. If the Consumer opted for a more expensive delivery method, the additional cost is not reimbursed.
Article 10 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The Entrepreneur may exclude the following products and services from the right of withdrawal, but only if clearly stated before the contract is concluded:
Article 11 Price
1. Prices stated in the offer will not be increased during the validity period except for VAT or legal tax changes.
2. Variable prices may apply if subject to market fluctuations, clearly indicated as such.
3. Price increases within three months after the contract are only permitted by law.
4. After three months, increases are only allowed if required by law or if the Consumer may cancel the contract.
5. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Article 12 Product availability and delivery regions
1. Product availability and delivery options may vary per region. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to limit sales geographically.
2. Delivery areas and limitations are stated during checkout. Orders from unsupported areas may be cancelled and refunded.
3. The Entrepreneur may cancel orders violating legal, export, or brand restrictions.
Article 13 Performance of the agreement and additional guarantee
1. The Entrepreneur guarantees that products and/or services comply with the agreement, specifications, reasonable expectations, and legal requirements.
2. Any additional guarantee by the Entrepreneur, supplier, or manufacturer does not limit legal consumer rights.
3. “Additional guarantee” means any commitment granting rights beyond statutory obligations.
Article 14 Delivery and execution
1. The Entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when accepting and processing orders and when delivering products and services.
2. The delivery address is the address provided by the Consumer.
3. Orders will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Delays or inability to deliver will be communicated; the Consumer may then cancel free of charge and receive a refund.
4. Refunds shall be made within 14 days after cancellation.
5. The risk of loss or damage remains with the Entrepreneur until delivery to the Consumer or a third party designated by them.
6. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, payable by the Consumer. Customs delays are beyond the Entrepreneur’s control.
7. For UK orders, additional import duties, VAT, and clearance fees may apply. Orders valued up to £135 (± €155) are typically subject to VAT only; higher-value orders may incur both VAT and import duties. The courier will inform the Consumer of applicable charges.
Article 15 Continuing agreements duration termination and renewal
Termination
1. The Consumer may terminate an indefinite contract at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.
2. The Consumer may terminate a fixed-term contract at the end of its term with a notice period of no more than one month.

4. Fixed-term contracts may not be automatically renewed for another fixed term.
5. Printed publication subscriptions may be renewed for a maximum of three months if cancellable with one month’s notice.
6. Renewal for an indefinite term is allowed only if cancellable anytime with one month’s notice (up to three months for less frequent publications).
7. Trial subscriptions end automatically and are not renewed.
Duration
8. Contracts longer than one year may be terminated after one year with a notice of one month.
Article 16 Payment
1. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days after the start of the reflection period or, if none applies, within 14 days after contract conclusion.
2. For product sales, no advance payment over 50% may be required unless agreed. Execution may be withheld until advance payment is received.
3. Consumers must promptly report payment detail inaccuracies.
4. Late payments incur statutory interest and reasonable collection costs (minimum €40), unless lower costs apply.
Article 17 Complaints procedure
1. The Entrepreneur shall maintain a clear complaints procedure.
2. Complaints regarding execution must be submitted within a reasonable period after discovery, clearly described and complete.
3. Complaints are answered within 14 days; if more time is needed, acknowledgment will be sent with an estimated response date.
4. If unresolved, the Consumer may escalate according to law or court jurisdiction. Online complaints may also be submitted via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Article 18 Disputes
1. Contracts between the Consumer and the Entrepreneur are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer law of the Consumer’s country applies.
2. Disputes should first be submitted to the Entrepreneur for amicable resolution.
3. If unresolved, the Consumer may bring the matter before a competent court in the Netherlands or their country of residence.
4. Online disputes may also be handled via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Article 19 Additional provisions and deviations
Any additional provisions or deviations from these General Terms and Conditions shall not disadvantage the Consumer and must be set out in writing or stored on a durable medium accessible to the Consumer.

- cancellation conditions for contracts with a duration longer than one year or an indefinite duration;
- the model withdrawal form, where applicable.
6. For ongoing or subscription-based agreements, paragraph 5 applies only to the first delivery.

- Products made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- Products that spoil quickly or have limited shelf life;
- Sealed hygiene-sensitive products unsealed after delivery;
- Products irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery;
- Alcoholic beverages with delayed delivery and variable value;
- Unsealed audio/video recordings or computer software;
- Newspapers or magazines, except subscriptions;
- Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, with prior consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal loss.
