May Sneaker Top 5 by Jorn
Continuing our staff top 5’s with a new face; Jorn. He is our assistent store manager since this year. New sneakers will continue to arrive to our stock, so time for him to show his top 5 of May.
1. Hi-Tec Shadow RGS
The Hi-Tec Shadow RGS is Hi-Tec’s most prized silhouette in their lineup. Designed for men and women seeking a comfortable and stylish shoe for their daily activities. The colour scheme is perfect for summer, providing a pleasant and fresh look! It's a personal favourite as pastel colours have always been right my alley.
2. New Balance ML610
Done with the basic look on your feet? Then the New Balance ML610 Silver Metallic is a real eye-catcher! This sneaker draws inspiration from the trail running scene of the 2000s. Your feet can handle anything in these sneakers, thanks to the C-CAP cushioning that provides optimal support and comfort. All in style, with silver accents grabbing all the headlines!
3. Adidas NMD S1
Adidas is certainly beloved by our staff and community. We normally focus on the terrace-styled part of adidas’ collection, but they do techy very well. The NMD line was all the rage a few years back and maybe not quite as popular nowadays but that doesn’t mean it’s dead and buried. The NMD S1 FS is a new variant and just the right thing for the ones looking for something outlandish. A delightful fresh mint green colour, perfect for summer days. This sneaker stands out at the top, as it features sock-like materials that allow you to slip them on like a glove! Furthermore, the sole has a cool spikey look with embedded Adidas logos, adding a nice touch for true enthusiasts.
4. Saucony Progrid omni 9
Available in two beautiful colour schemes: this pink/green combination is the true standout for me! After all, who says pink can't be beautiful? The sneaker also has a sleek modern look, and the Progrid sole provides optimal comfort. Don't sleep on these ones!
5. ASICS GEL-NYC
The ASICS GEL-NYC: perhaps the most rugged sneaker in my top 5. The colour combination creates a business yet fresh look. With this GEL-technology, you have ideal comfort in the forefoot and rearfoot, making it an all-round sneaker for any use imaginable! A nice touch is the finish on top, inspired by the GEL-Nimbus 3 and MC Plus V.
