Lucky Done Gone for adidas Equipment
Amsterdam Dance Event: for some the happiest time of the year. A few days of all-nighters, cutting edge electronic music and the resurgence of OGs in a different jacket. For our fellow DJs this is the time of the year to be visible, as it's not only party mode but also the time to make those valuable connections to line up the next record, next gig, or next summer festivals.
Lucky Done Gone, Gijs, has been a friend of ours for most of our life. The journey's he's been on has been interesting to say the least. As Lucky Done Gone there haven't been a lot of venues he hasn't played and his new TLM Airlines supergroup is picking up steam as well. Did you spot them turning Amsterdam's A10 highway into a rave during our capital's 750th anniversary? In-sane.
So what does Lucky Done Gone's ADE look like? His first gig is... wait for it... in a tram. Out of all the places we've all raved, have we ever raved in a tram? Didn't think so. ADE asked GVB, Amsterdam's public transport company to turn one of their trams into the hottest party in town. And behind the decks? Lucky. In adidas Equipment. Game on.
