Maison Margiela Jacket Black
MM6, the contemporary line from the famously Martin Margiela. Standing out for being the first designer that discovered the deconstructed concept. Something that can’t be copied. This jacket with a light chalk stripe is the perfect example for standing out to the rest.
Golden Goose Sky Star Nappa
Just like in my last editorial, Golden Goose is for the people that can appreciate some work in shoes but on a Italian idea. The Venecian brand runs in my opinion the Italian streets since their start in the Y2K’s. These high tops are just classics, easy with jeans or a nice short. Summer let’s go.
Tenue. Luke Eugene Jeans
Also an Amsterdam based brand. Tenue takes inspiration from Menno (Co-brand owner) dad’s old jeans he wore back in the days. But with the satisfaction of a more luxury take and made in the best denim factory in Italy. The Luke is the latest addition to the style scheme and for me this is something I missed, but gladly they filled the empty hole with a true winner.
Dsquared2 Oversize Shirt Short Sleeves
The from origin Canadian brand takes inspiration from Thai cultures in a Italian quality product. White poplin material with an all over print with hidden drawings. But the biggest thing I love is the oversized fit of the shirt and the rolled-up sleeves, this gives really exploring the jungle mood…
YUME YUME Truck Slide Vanguish
The Japanese footwear brand from Amsterdam. I’m this last seasons Yume Yume gained a big following because of some big big artist wearing the footwear, you can think of Bella Hadid, Billie Eilsih and Lil Yachty. The trunk slide that I’m wearing is one of my favorite silhouettes so far, I call it the upgrade from the Birckenstock Boston’s. More volume, more shapes and ofcourse the great colors. One word, perfection.
Diesel D-Macs Blue Jeans
Since Glenn Martens joined Diesel a few seasons back, diesel is in the rise. Coming up with a brutalist, punk and edgy look, it elevates the brand and creates a new scene around the brand. The jeans is just a small example of the innovative ideas, lastering a jeans print over a jeans. Genius.
